Abstract
Online influence operations are evolving from isolated fake accounts into persistent cognitive attack infrastructures. The webinar focused on cyborg propaganda, malicious AI swarms, and how coordinated human-AI and AI-agent systems can erode signal integrity, situational awareness, and public trust.
The talk outlined why content-focused defenses are becoming insufficient and discussed a defense doctrine centered on coordination detection, cryptographic provenance, and agent-based simulation.
